Hey Festival Neighbors, I'm Dawn! I launched FestivalNeighbors.com in 2023 after seeing an opportunity to bring Festival Ranch and nearby communities together in one place. What started as a simple holiday contest has grown into a community resource featuring local events, a business directory, food truck schedules, a monthly newsletter, and more.

Festival Neighbors is a personal project that I create and maintain in my spare time. My goal is simple: make local information easier to find and accessible to everyone, whether or not they use social media. Much of the information comes from public sources, while other updates are submitted by residents, businesses, organizations, and community partners. I gather it all in one place to help neighbors stay informed and connected.

Although the focus is on Festival Ranch, I also share information relevant to surrounding communities whenever it benefits local residents. To keep the site useful for everyone, I generally feature events and information that are open to both sides of Festival or the broader public.

I'm simply your neighbor 😊 Not affiliated with the HOA, the City of Buckeye, any builder, or other organization. I independently fund and manage this website because I enjoy doing it and believe strong communities start with informed, connected neighbors.
