Festival foothills 2025 budget & due increase

The Festival Foothills HOA sent out an email 11/20/24 stating an increase in fees due to a budget review. You can view a copy of the email by clicking here. You can also download a copy of the 2025 budget here, or you can log into your HOA account to view all of their budget documents.

As a reminder, this site is not associated with the HOA, if you have questions regarding the change please contact the HOA directly, we are simply reposting the information they sent out.
