Newsletter FAQs

  • Launching in 2025, each month we will feature at least one of our business members in our monthly newsletter. The feature will read more like a story than an advertisement so that our readers can learn more about you and your business helping you create connections within the community.

    All of our yearly memberships include at least 2 features per year, with the option to opt-out if you prefer.

    Once all the details are finalized, an email will be sent out to all members with more info.

  • The newsletter will include a summary of events for that month, new businesses that have joined our directory, featured businesses, the food truck schedule and any other information that may be relevant at the time.

  • When you sign up for a business membership, you are automatically added to our newsletter mailing list. You can opt-out at any time and it does not affect your membership status.

Payment FAQs

  • You can now view your payment history under the billing tab in your profile.

  • No, you can choose to make a one time payment and your payment method will not be saved. Otherwise, you may select auto renew and your payment method will be saved on file and your membership will be automatically billed at the interval you signed up for.

  • No, you can cancel your membership at any time. We do not require any kind of contracts. Your membership will remain active for the remainder of your current billing period once you cancel. After that, your membership will be deactivated. This means you will still have the option to log in and reactive your account at a later time. If you wish to permanently delete your account, simply let us know.

Profile FAQs

  • The tagline is a short explanation of what your business does or offers. your tagline will show up on the main directory page under your business name.

  • This is a great question, I emailed the developer of the software used to manage the directory and the response is below, if I get an update about this in the future, I will post it here.

    I'm afraid there is not a notification that is sent to a member when they receive a recommendation. However, I will pass this request on to our development team for consideration in future development. Note that members with a recommendation will have a "Thumbs up" icon display at the bottom right corner of their card on the directory page.

  • Each membership level offers different features. Please see the membership pricing page to compare the features that are included with each level. For example, the photo gallery is not available on the monthly or quarterly level, but is available on the yearly.

  • Your email address is hidden to comply with anti-spam regulations and protect your privacy. Leads can still message you through the secure messaging option on the site. The message will go directly to your email address, at which point you can reply to the lead and they will have your email address. Alternatively, you can add your email address into your profile description if you want it to be visible.

  • We are happy to add relevant categories as needed. If your business category is not already listed, please send an email to member support.
