The Food Trucks at Festival Foothills are a resident-run amenity, administered entirely by resident volunteers, running with permission from the Festival Foothills hoa. The hoa does not manage, fund, operate, or promote this amenity in any way.

Their permission is granted on the condition that the Food Trucks follow local laws and the Vendor Standards for being approved to operate at the park. Food Trucks operate independently and are fully self-sufficient while at the park.

All approved Food Truck bookings apply only to the private Festival Foothills Park (see map for location). The resident volunteers do not manage, approve, or oversee Food Trucks at any other locations. Questions or concerns about trucks operating outside the park should be directed to the property owner or the truck directly.

Food Trucks must submit an application and required documentation for consideration to become an approved vendor. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Once approved, Food Trucks may submit booking requests using the established process. Approval of specific dates is at the volunteer admin’s discretion. Food Trucks operate independently, are required to follow the Vendor Standards. The volunteer admin does not manage business operations for individual Food Trucks.

The Food Truck Schedule is updated continuously and available to everyone 24/7 on the Food Truck Schedule page. Residents, Vendors, and the general public should use this page to see the most up-to-date information, including any last-minute cancellations.
